Wink Relay - Unavailable

Hey guys - I have been using a Wink Relay for a few months along with a Hub 2 and I have been pretty happy with them, but suddenly over the last few days, my Relay has stopped responded to requests from HASS and after a restart is showing unavailable. My hub appears to be unaffected. Probably related, I just tried logging into the Wink App and I got a message that says “You have been throttled. Please try again later”. Has anyone else seen this?

Interesting, I haven’t seen that before. Where are you seeing that message? On your phone or the relay? You are saying HA is still working with your hub?

I was seeing the error on my IOS app. The problem went away by itself. I suspect Wink must have been having a problem…

I’m seeing the same message when trying to change a user access to the Schlage lock controlled by my Wink Hub 2. It’s two hours away so will try to reset when I get there.
