I would like to see your logs if you have them, but to reset you can delete the .wink.conf in your config folder. Its a hidden file.
I’ve been having problems for the past 24 hours or so. I was making some changes to my configs yesterday that required me to restart HASS a bunch and on more than 1/2 the occasions Wink would fail to load. When I would restart a few minutes later it would connect most of the time.
Today, I’ve noticed a +5 minute delay between action and HASS seeing the change. I.e., motion sensor detects motion and 5+ minutes later the lights turn on.
Everything on the Wink status page (http://status.winkapp.com) shows as operational, but I’ve not found that to be accurate. I don’t think they have self-monitoring / service level monitoring and rely on us to report issues. I submitted a ticket about authentication issues and within a couple minutes the put out a note of an issue they detected! I had been trying to solve the issue on my side for a couple of hours, so it was clear they didn’t know about it (or didn’t want to admit it) until I brought it up.
