Back in the day my PPTP VPN allowed pinging of the client tunnel IP. This enabled me to have Homeseer do the pinging and send me a notification whenever the tunnel was in use.
So I am hoping I can do something similar with Wireguard and Home Assistant.
I have Wireguard server address as 10.0.0.1 accessing the LAN on 192.168.1.xxx.
Unfortunately the ICMP ping integration will not show me the 10.0.0.0/24 network when pinged from the 192.168.1.xxx
