On my hassio Rpi system, I am trying to get the keyboard_remote component to identify a wireless keyboard.
The unit is https://www.amazon.com/Rii-Wireless-Keyboard-Rechargable-Battery-Black/dp/B00Z81U3YY/ref=dp_ob_title_ce.
When I plug in the usb dongle into the Rpi unit and power cycle, it seems that the host os does not recognize it as nothing shows up in ‘/dev’ and the dev/input directory is not created. The unit ‘works’ in windows so it is not a defective device.
Any thoughts on why it is not recognized by host os (HassOS 2.10) ? Other similar devices appear to work according to forum feedback.
