Withings Integration not Authenticating

I had the Withings integration set up in order to connect the bed occupancy mat and it was working fine. I screwed up my install and had to start again from scratch. For some reason when I go to authenticate it after adding the required info to the config.yaml something is not working. I click the integration and it directs me to the page to authenticate the app. I click the okay/yes/allow button and it then directs me back to HA but the screen never changes it still shows me the button to open the withings web portal to authenticate the app. It seem to be looping its self somehow.
