Hello,
I’m brand new to HA. I have about 19 Wiz light bulbs. I was successfully able to integrate 13 of them but the last 6 bulbs, I cannot connect.
When looking for devices, HA does not detect them. When putting the specific IP address, I’m getting the following error “The bulb cannot be connected via WiZ Platform integration.”
All the bulbs are recognized on the Wiz app (version 1 and 2). Most of those bulbs are synched to my second AI Mesh node but I cannot turn the node off as it is the one running my HA server. I tried to bind a bulb to the first node without success. Also, some wiz plugs on the 2nd node are working fine.
I don’t really know what else to do.
