I just wanted to try to update one of the WLED which can now be done through the just released HA.
The WLED was v0.12, and I just pressed ‘update’ (which should go to 0.13b6).
First of nothing visible happened. I tried it again, and then the device became unresponsive.
I had to remove it from the device (and of course I had chosen one that was rather complicated) and then reflash it via a USB cable.
So what went wrong? Does the WLED device need internet access (does it download the firmware itself)? My WLED devices are all on ‘non-internet’ wlan. Or is it because of the change in disc system in WLED?
