Would an integration be blocking a tcp port?

I apologize if this question is off the scope of questions for this group.

I have 3 Reolink cameras that have been working fine for a few months. They still work fine with the Reolink ap and the browser, but suddenly one camera became disconnected from Synology NAS with Surveillance station working as the NVR.
I have been working with the Synology Tech to try to work out the problem. From a port scan they have determined that the ONVIF port is closed for this camera (not the others). The port is properly configured in the Reolink app.

Thinking back, I really haven’t changed anything in my world except in Home Assistant. I tried Tailscale. It was too complicated for this little brain, so I went with Nabu Casa. I have since deleted Tailscale. I have also installed the Reolink integration.

Is there anything that would be blocking the 8000/tcp port for one camera? Has anybody had a similar experience? Could I add the camera and port to a whitelist?
Thanks

Sorry to have forgotten to update. I had integrated Tailscale. Decided that it was too complicated for my purpose. But I had never deleted it. Once I deleted it the 8000 port was unblocked.
