Up until today I had over 12 non-existent devices appear on my HA web interface. Today I got 6 more. My list of hidden (none-exiostent) devices just keeps on growing with each new update. Is there absolutely no way to prevent devices appearing unless I specifically add them??
There’s always a reason for anything that shows up in the web interface.
Without you telling us what those supposedly non-existent devices are, it’s next to impossible to help you, though.

Well, specifically, for the Aeon Labs DSC06106-ZWUS device these devices appeared a month or two ago.
sensor.office_pc_energy_distance_35:
sensor.office_pc_energy_velocity_35:
sensor.office_pc_energy_rain_rate_35:
sensor.office_pc_energy_relative_humidity_35:
sensor.office_pc_energy_exporting_35:
sensor.office_pc_energy_interval_35
Just recently for this same device these 3 were added:
sensor.office_pc_energy_dew_point_35_11
sensor.office_pc_energy_seismic_magnitude_35_26
sensor.office_pc_energy_weight_35_14
Whatever it is, I think it’s unique to your system. I have the exact same model and it’s only ever shown the normal range of sensors for a smart energy monitoring switch.
Odd thing is, I have other devices for which “false” devices appear within the HA interface. All of these are Aeon Labs type devices (i.e. Multisensor 6). No issues at all with any other brand…
I have Multisensor 6’s too but not the same issue.
Do you have your MS6’s set up for binary reporting in OZWCP?
Yes I do…
I have had this too with an Aeon Multisensor 6, I removed the device from my zwave controller and re-added it and have not had problems since… Not sure what caused it, had a co2 sensor and a few others…
Should have kept my mouth shut, yesterday a direction sensor appeared…
you’re welcome
