Wrong sunrise?

I setup my configuration.yaml with my coordinations and something. Setting the time_zone.

But for some reason, the sunrise and sundown is 1 hour before the real sunrise…

homeassistant:
  latitude: 53.xxxx
  longitude: 8.xxxx
  elevation: 14
  unit_system: metric
  time_zone: Europe/Berlin

So i have time_zone Europe/Berlin, but i dont find something about that in developertool…
Also, sun.sun says next_rising: 2021-10-31T06:23:01.795946+00:00 Why it doesnt have +01? I mean german time is utc +1 today…

So something is really wrong here?

Any ideas?
If i check tools in web when sunrise is here, everything is 1 hour later

Sunrise said 07:23 but it was around 08:21:26

But i see, google says also 07:24 but its also wrong… mh

Everything under the hood uses UTC, if you use an automation, it will occur at the correct time.

Actually, until tomorrow, it’s UTC+2, currently.
With the passage to winter time tonight, it will indeed rise at 7:30-ish tomorrow.
