I know this might be harder to implement but here’s another WTH
I often have 2 tabs/windows open on separate monitors when working on bigger automations. I usually copy/paste blocks I already have defined into new automations to just be quicker, however a copy does not persist between windows or reloads of the site.
I’m not quite sure how HASS stores the copied information, however it would be nice to have this working across multiple tabs/windows. Maybe by storing a temporary file on the file system and having the automation editor check every few seconds for a file change which it can paste?
