The HA Browser Mod HACS component does provide the capability to completely customize the more-info dialog for any entity (among a host of other cool features). But I agree, would like to see this added to core HA without need of a custom plugin.
HA Browser Mod is a great component but you have to copy every individual more-info page on your own. A light version with the ability to add just a bunch of switches to the more-info would be enough for me
