Why can’t an administrator user (not owner) change the password of other users? It doesn’t make sense, the administrator privilege speaks for itself…
This is from the Add User Dialog.
“The user group feature is a work in progress. The user will be unable to administer the instance via the UI. We’re still auditing all management API endpoints to ensure that they correctly limit access to administrators.”
Basically, they haven’t finished making it possible for users that aren’t the person that set it up to function as administrators.
