Sorry for all the hard working people
But I have to ask… zigbee, zwave, nodered, glances, influx, etc. All very pleasant addons… but sometimes very far behing the actual versions available.
WTH is that so!? ()

I see this with almost every platform which has their own add-on system. It’s dependent on the developers of those add-ons. I have a QNAP NAS from which plug-ins are always far behind the latest stable release of the software. That is the price to pay for not using and maintaining your own add-ons.
For the community add-ons, I general try sticking with a monthly cycle. Which IMHO is a fair?
A month is more then fair if you ask me. But, I’m not the one who started this topic
Fair enough, but for some addons it is very important to be up to date (openzwave e.g.)
OpenZwave = up 2 date.
It even runs a version that is officially not even released by the OpenZWave project yet.
