I just noticed today that old/dead entities (e.g. integration for them has long since been removed/deleted) are shown under Developer Tools → Statistics (e.g. all sensor.remote_hass_XXX in screenshot below, I deleted the remote home assistant when I found ESPHome handle my BLE devices):
This seems really odd. I would never have found them if I was looking for them, I only did so because I was messing around.
Why not have a sub-section (or drop-down, or, preferably, a tab like in devices and integrations) in the System → Repairs section, that would seem like a much more natural place to me?
It even says Fix Issue (see screenshot); that really sounds like a repair-type thing to me!
