As it says on the tin. These options exist, there are services for them, they should be available in the command pallette when you type ‘c’.

Even more important, I think reboot is a dangerous one to add, as it can be easily confused with restarting.
I mean there can be a confirm dialog if necessary. But sometimes you need them?
Yeah, sure! I agree.
But I do think we have a large group of users that don’t understand the difference between “Restart” and “Reboot”.
