Why are Repairs and Home Assistant Alerts not considered Default Integrations?
I assume a bit needs to be flipped somewhere in Home Assistant Analytics 
OH! I can resolve this WTH pretty darn quickly
It was indeed an issue and has been fixed in the current documentation version of the upcoming 2022.10 beta!
So this will be fixed on the next release of HA
