WTH Better "setting up..." messages in the log

In my home assistant log I have a lot of entries like

2020-08-23 23:43:05 INFO (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.switch] Setting up switch.mqtt

These are useless because it does not tell which switch is being set up.
Please include the name of the switch.
