WTH - Can HAOS be able to set or disable NTP to speed boot time?

I am running HA in a very restricted network for IOT only. I limit network access to only my home devices. Every time I boot HA I have to wait an extra 1:30 because NTP has to time out before everything else can boot.
I was able to configure a local NTP server to fix this but I am sure others are not as savvy and this is really unnecessary pain. WTH!

A start job is running for Wait Until Kernel Time Synchronized (1s / 1min 30s)

Maybe a Settings > System > Network section to set a specific NTP server or button to disable the NTP call?

Yes, I have this problem too.
It would be nice have an appropriate option to disable the NTP target to avoid waste of time during boot.
