WTH can't define area for covers (for entities)

I’ve got covers for all my shutter but i can’t define a room for them !!!

Room? Do you mean Area? (In HA) or Room in Google Assistant? (Because you can set a room for a cover in GA)

Yes i mean area (sorry) in ha to have directly the device into the room in GA

I just checked and I was able to assign my covers to areas.

As far as I know you can only assign areas to devices not entities.

In my case I have template covers which cannot be assigned to individual areas.

I’ve got template covers too… it would be better to define areas for entities i’ve got an other example, iv’e got a xiaomi double relay, it’s one device but two entities, first entities for living room light, and the second for kitchen light.
