The idea here is that there are a lot of common automations related to devices. A couple examples:
Warn me when the battery is low
Turn on when some other entity is on (e.g., light is on when a motion sensor is on)
Rather than leave the device page to create an automation, there could be a way to add these simple automations from the device page.
Adding these simple automations could be available during the add device flow.
