WTH can't I manage VLAN connectivity (Hass on VLAN x, addon on VLAN y)

I’m running Hass on a dedicated Odroid (Hass Blue) with some additional addons. I prefer to have some of these addons connect to my network via a different VLAN than Hass does. E.g. have Hass connect to my IoT VLAN and the Unifi addon to the default Unifi VLAN so I don’t have to fight with these “inform” commands on my switches and WAPs. Control of this via a GUI would be very cool!

Just being able to have Home Assistant have more than one vlan would be really nice. I have most of my devices on an IOT Vlan, but there are some devices that are on the non-IOT vlan (mostly to make connections from a cell phone easier). Being able to configure a second network interface in home-assistant, with a different vlan and IP address so that Home Assistant could be “dual homed” would be a great start. Once that functionality is there, extending it so that you could select which network interface to use on a per-addon basis (while defaulting to the default network interface so things still “just work”) would be an excellent follow-up.

Als having this issue with Nmap Tracker - Home Assistant
We want to track who’s home with nmap tracker (there is no other possible integration) but it’s pings do not seem to penetrate to the other VLAN. While the intervlan routing is correct.
