Some helpers (threshold, derivative, Riemann) do not show what entity the helper is based on in the UI pop up. (See below)
AFAICT the only way to find the entity it is based on is to go find the config in .storage/core.config_entries
The Min/Max/Mean/Median sensor does show what entities are being used for source data, and the list is editable.
It might be only the helpers that are based on a single entity that can’t be edited once created that don’t show the base entity in the UI. I understand the base entity should not be changed once the helper is created, but it should be shown as part of the read only text in the config pop up.
