WTH can't I set a Schedule Helper to start at 9:15

It would be nice to get more control over exactly when the schedule starts and stops

Created an account just to post this same thing! I noticed you can create one in YAML but it would be so much nicer to have 15min increments in the GUI.

Same here. What does it take to change the helper to enable at least 15min granularity?
