WTH can't send notification to "all devices", have to select notify.mobile_app_devicenameX for every single device

It’s very nonsensical that there’s still no way to group devices so that I can send notification to all devices in the group with one action.

We can group lights for example. We should be able to create a group for the notify.XXX domain too!
