WTH can’t in android app we have a “Only Disabled Sensors” filter, similar to the “Only Enabled Sensors”? This would make it a lot easier to find disabled sensors!

## Summary
Update the filter menu in the 'Manage Sensors' screen to have opti… ons for all sensors, enabled sensors or disabled sensors, instead of the current filter which is equal to all sensors or enabled sensors (no option for disabled sensors).
