WTH did i buy a Slimmelezer to find out the Energy Dashboard isn't working?

After the introduction of the Energy Dashboard i got myself a Slimmelezer to find out that it isn’t working somehow. What i did:

• a couple of months communicating with the creater Marcel Zuydwijk to make it all work. And it didn’t. His conclusion was, there would be an error in the energy dashboard itself.
• opened a thread on the forum: How to setup the Energy Dashboard correctly?
• talked a few times on discord about it.
• opened a github bug issue: Energy dashboard not working with Slimmelezer · Issue #13505 · home-assistant/frontend · GitHub

Now i’m afraid i did something stupid myself. I can handle that But i noticed i got less enthousiastic than before talking about HA to others.

Ok, i moved (new house)… installed the same Slimme Lezer…

And… working just fine. Sometimes you want to break something…
