It would be great if we could just reload utility meter as do for other platforms.
You can add Utility Meter from UI. It probably doesn’t answer your WTH and +1 from me for YAML reload
One more reason: if possible from UI, then a reload should in theory be possible.
A lot of sensors defined in YAML can be reloaded now and I don’t see any reason why Utility Meter should be any different as long it is possible to configure it via YAML too. Hopefully it can be easily implemented already based on existing code and therefore this WTH post has still its point.
