Not sure if its something i am doing but if i am editing a dashboard tab then save the change it jumps to my last selected tab rather than remaining in the current one?
It’s not just you. I see this behaviour sometimes too. Which web browser are you using?
I have so many custom frontend resources that I’d have to disable to prove this was a core issue I did not ever bother reporting it.

Glad you said that, i thought i was going mad(er) thinking i was on another tab beforehand!
Are you using Firefox by any chance?
Yup, not tried in cromium types (Edge, Chrome) so will have a go with that 
I think this is a big part of the issue. I don’t remember seeing it when using Chrome.

By Jove I think you have it! Just tested and it has not jumped about whilst doing what I think caused it before…
Its a bit of a shame but I think i will be moving away from Firefox for HA stuff as a workaround!

As a HA editor it is better at the moment. However MV3 will cripple adblocker extensions running on Chrome. See: Ad blockers struggle under Chrome's new rules • The Register
So if we are using Firefox, what should we do to avoid this “jumping” behavior? (Not going away from FF any moment soon).
