WTH doesn't exist a MQTT media player?

It would be great to have MQTT support for every kind of device available (like the already available support for locks, vacuums, lights, switches…), and I miss so much a MQTT Media Player. With this we could do real magic with tools like Node Red, allowing to integrating lots of unsupported devices.
