WTH don't device_trackers have IP address attribute which can then be used to add automations

Having to static devices to IP addresses is a thing of the past. If device_trackers could supply a devices IP address as an attribute, then we can start allowing integrations to use the IP address from a device_tracker entity.

My wifi-based devices already have an attribute IP but not all device-trackers are IP based
