WTH don't we have more sensor in Wear OS

Wear OS is growing, and with it is usability. It would be great to have more sensors on Wear OS, especially something that tells me if the watch is on the wrist or not (like the heart beat or some binary sensor that says if on wrist or not). This would allow me to ignore the tracking of the watch if not on the wrist and only use the watch as tracking if it is.

Right now the wear OS app needs to support permissions before more sensors can be added.

@dshokouhi Do I need to open a “WTH don’t we have permissions on the Wear OS?”
