WTH: Easy possibility to correct crazy Lacrosse sensor values

If sensor values are obviously wrong (e.g. due to battery slowly dying) I would like to be able to correct (or delete) them easily, to have a reasonable and error-free history.

106% relative humidity in my Lacrosse climate sensor fulfills every criteria of WHAT THE HECK!
