Why can’t we customise the Energy page? I would love to be able to add additional entities such as weather icons, outdoor temperature or data from my rain gauge to the solar production graph.
Or add room temperatures, outside temperature to the energy usage graph or gas usage graph.
Seems most of my energy use is driven by warming or cooling the house. Can we add an overlay trendline to the energy use charts showing the outside temp. Maybe with a checkbox to hide/show it?
When I’m trying to understand my baseline energy consumption, I need a way to account for temp extremes.

In my region cold months have big impact to energy consumption. It would be nice to have temperature data available on energy dashboard like my electric grid provider.

You could create a copy of the energy dashboard and add an extra card with the graph showing the temperature.
I don’t think the default dashboards should be changed like you suggested.
Why would I want to create a copy of the energy dashboard? Years or months are not the same. Temperature has a big role in energy consumption and where I live it has become a standard to include temperature to electric consumption graphs. If average temperare in January is -20°C or +5°C there is a big difference how much energy is used for heating.
Because then you can add whatever you like to it. Temperature, weather conditions, the temperature inside (current and target) and anything else you might want.
I get that with electric heating this is important information for you. It’s not for me and I would not want to have it in the same graph in the energy dashboard.
Adding this data on the consumption chart can immediately point to or remove temperature as the cause of increased consumption. Would make it easier to find other issues in the home
Ofcourse this data is not important for all but it could be optional if you want to add it.
