You haven’t provided much details, but I’ll assume you’re using an iframe. In that case the answer is: Because that’s how the Internet works. Nothing to do with HA.

(Using an iframe is the same as a browser tab/window.)

Sorry for lack of some details but you read it perfectly - it is about iframes.

Aren’t there any workaround? A lot of people ask for that. Even during interview with Frenck.
