In the frontend, entity card, entities card and the tile card do not handle timestamp sensors in the same way.
The “format:” options should be available the same way for all cards and we should be able to display timestamp sensors as relative, total, date, time or datetime.
I currently need to create templates in order to display timestamp sensors as time for example when using the tile card
