While editing the order of the conditions sometimes I found myself wanting to delete something, and I was forced to exit reorder mode in order to delete, maybe we can have the 3dots menu while reordering stuff.

Same here.
Before I found the ‘reorder’ mode I instinctually tried to drag and drop the action.
Then I was going to switch to YAML mode to copy+paste the action to where I wanted it.
Also, while in ‘Re-order’ mode the “Re-order” option it the menu does not change any way to indicate that you can click it to exit reorder mode. The icon or text should change, or maybe a pill button that says “Exit Reorder Mode” at the bottom of the automation screen beside the “Save” button.
But, I still think that is more complicated than necessary. The reorder drag area (the 2 column x 3 row dots) could always be available somewhere on the action to drag-drop or just have the up/down buttons always available.
