WTH is the HomeKit include/exclude list so bad

I would like to be able to share to HomeKit by integration or other factors. Share all my MQTT devices, share all my Govee devices, etc.

Also, why is the HomeKit include/exclude list a dropdown with hundreds, sometimes thousands of items in it? No way to search, sort, etc. HomeKit configuration should be a whole screen of its own.

Even better would be to refactor the current include / exclude list to be like this. As is, managing the list with hundreds (or thousands) of entities is a challenge!
