WTH is there not a notification rate limit sensor?

I see now when making this topic that it has been brought up before:

Is there a way to get to the iOS notification usage totals in a sensor? I know I can view the totals in the iOS app in the settings menu but I’m looking to display it on the front end or set up alerts when I’m getting close to hitting the daily limits/have hit the daily limit for the day. Thanks

Hi All, I’ve been trying to get some insights in my notification budget within Home Assistant. Setting homeassistant.components.notify.mobile_app: info in the logger component does provide the information I’m after in the logs, but I cannot get this information in a sensor (template or otherwise). It would be very helpful to have a sensor showing the sent or remaining notifications for each mobile app integration. Sometimes the cameras sees a false positive or something else happens and the rate limit can happen early in the day. If I knew how many were sent or was left I could include a throttle in the automations to limit notifications sent to only more important ones

More data is better

Unless I see the notification I cannot monitor the rate. If I am admin for an HA system that I am not a user for I cannot know if I a spamming notifications to a user without this data.

Unfortunately I had to close the PR due to that data call to the rate limit endpoint could overload the server, so this need to be discussed further
