WTH?! Is there still no easy things tracker integration for HA?

Looking at the trackers integration page: Integrations - Home Assistant

Still missing a really useful basic trackers. For example Teltonika has affortable quality electronics with an open API: https://teltonika-gps.com/
Insert a pre-paid simcard in it and follow your animal, car, whatever could be so easy. But there is no teltonika integration :frowning:

If Apple Airtags would work could be awesome too.

If it has an API then you can integrate it yourself.
You just need a rest sensor
