WTH Labels: Optional AND-condition for labels in lists and history

When selecting 2 or more labels in the entity list, they are currently OR connected.
In order to be able to drill down my entities I’d love to have an optional AND condition.
For instance I select the label “lights” and “energy” the list is filtered to those entities which have both labels, so that I can see the energy entities of my lights.
The same goes for the history. Using more labels adds more entities instead of less at the moment because of the OR-condition.

Can we have the same for Automation Targets too please

I would like the be able to select the tags “Sitting Room” AND “Lamps” So if I add more “lamps” I can just tag them and not have to update my Automations too.
