A simple way to enable low battery notifications for battery-powered devices would be very useful. I often find battery-powered devices in “unavailable” state as I am unaware it is dead. If we could easily check a box and select a notification target that would be amazing.
It would also be very nice to have a separate dedicated page/tab under directly under system or under repairs where it simply sort devices with batteries by battery procentage by default.
I know that you can already see battery procentage for all devices if sort by battery under devices in devices & services but that is not as user friendly for a quick glance and not highlighted.
Also the ability to add custom attributes for checking battery values.
For example, I use the Fibaro Hub integration and it’s reporting battery levels by an entity attribute ‘battery_level’ which is not HA standard.
