WTH Option to clear logs in add-ons

The main HA Log page has an option to clear logs but this is missing in add-ons. If I restart an add-on then I would like to clear the old log instead of having to scroll through it

Addons clear logs when restarted

@petro Only if you restart HA. If you press restart from the Info page it continues logging from where it left off,

Example: Neolink add on, restarting because of dropped connections
