Alexa is super helpful in translating F to C 
I have Italian cook books in English and they are in C so I am good there too All my cookware has both… but most importantly, all of my Home Assistant setup is in Metric! The only issue I have is the ecobee integration that seems to have issues with it being configured in C even though it is a Canadian company!
