WTH Why have to create custom .yaml to change only the background and opacity of dashboard-view. Can't be done in UI?

Why have to create custom .yaml to change only the background and opacity of dashboard-view. Can’t be done in UI?

Would be nice to do “edit dashboard” and then upload picture and change transparacy in “View Configuration”
