Recently I have found an interest in WWA (White, cool White, Amber) LED strips, particularly in digital addressable strips.
These seem to use the RGB channels, but instead control White, cool White and Amber LED colours.
If it wasn’t too difficult, I’d like to see an option, on a per light basis, to change the RGB colour wheel to a WWA colour wheel to give a seemless integration of these type of LED light strips.
That would be great however what integrations also support WWA that can make use of this, neither esphome or WLED explicitly support this. Are there any other options? Both depend on neopixelbus and esphome can use fastled I’ve created a feature request for both would be great if home assistant can define the use of these color channels instead of treating them as RGB
