Wyze sense bridge not recognized?

I’ve seen multiple posts of people raving about wyze sense sensors, and how seamless the setup is…but I can’t mine to work for the life of me. I’m running raspbian on a raspberry pi 3b…whenever I plug the bridge in I get this:

Has anyone seen this before, or have any ideas of things I could try? Thanks

So, for archeological purposes…FYI it looks like my problem was the power supply. I have a pi3b+ with no other peripherals other than the wyze bridge using what I thought was a good quality 2.4A power supply…I I tried a different 2.4A power supply and the problem became less frequent…so I tried yet another 2.4A power supply and now it seems to be working properly. Apparently the wyze bridge is a little power hungry and my good quality power supplies aren’t as good quality as I thought  I think I’ll pick up a 3A psu just to make sure it’s good.
