I haven’t seen any API information in my quick peek but there is some IFTTT capability so I’m hoping there is more possible that can be natively integrated.

There is a way to control the X1 platform, it is not local though. Makes calls to Xfinity servers. I have control over both my cable boxes. Remote button commands and text commands (sends voice commands to the box). I am still beta testing. Works via MQTT or HTTP (get or post). It could easily be connected to HASSIO and/or a voice assistance.
