Hello everyone, please tell me how to fix this? My sensor only shows Illuminance

Additionally, if you successfully integrate the device but only see the signal strength or illuminance sensors available, it likely indicates a voltage drop in the battery, meaning it needs to be replaced. Save yourself the frustration—just replace the battery!
Thanks, I will try. But battery shows as 100% 
I removed the battery and check voltage, there was 3V (full charge) then I inserted it and a miracle happened
It seems that rebooting the sensor helped

I just got a couple and they’re a bit of a pain to get working with all the messing about with a Xiaomi account but, once that’s done they work great so far.
I can’t say how the battery will hold up yet though.
