Xiaomi gateway light stays green

Hello,

This may be one for the manufacturer, however I thougnt I would ask if any of you kind folk have experienced the same issue.

My gateway light keeps turning on bright green and staying on, until I turn it off, only ot be automatically turned on again a couple of minutes later…

Any ideas?
